Recently I had to replace my digital video recorder (DVR) and noticed how the picture was so much clearer. All the other components were the same, nothing else had changed. ?If we could change our minds, we would see our world so much clearer.
Actually that is what you do when you start questioning your beliefs and your interpretations of past experiences. Ask yourself, “Am I really remembering that experience correctly and what beliefs did I create after that experience?”
This process takes vigilance that will test what you believe. Are you open to seeing your world from a different point of view? You will see that nothing physically has changed, but your life is so much more peaceful.
